Very easy to work with

They were awesome. Came and picked the vehicle from the house. Came back with a loaner car for me. Kept us up to date with what was wrong and when it would be ready.

AWESOME customer service and attention to detail!

Called for an oil change. Got in when I requested. Service was friendly and efficient.

The purchase of my certified Silverado was excellent as it always had been before the change in ownership. However, when I brought it in a few months later and incurred an $1100 repair bill I asked the service writer why it wasn’t covered under the warranty since I had just bought it and it was GM certified. He said it was something that was not covered. Because it was a wheel bearing and cv joints I didn’t agree but I paid the bill. A few weeks later I went in and told Tom I thought I had been taken advantage of by the service writer. A day later I was refunded the entire amount including the free oil change I had been charged for. I’ll come back as soon as that service writer is fired. Let me know.

In for routine oil change. Braden, in service, is always pleasant and goes out of his way to help me. The salesmen and receptionist always speak and ask about my husband. Other places may have cheaper prices but I will always go to this dealership.

Your service manager is always friendly and seems like he has everything under control. I bring both of our vehicles to him and have for a couple years and will continue. Everyone at the dealership is friendly. Only suggestion would be a better waiting area
